Just Be There

I am at a time that many of my loved ones are having many difficulties in their life. I have already in the past shared with them so many tools on how to see life in a more positive view, but have also reminded them that we have to "feel" the pain or joy of whatever is happening in our lives.
This is their time to feel their pain so they can move forward and then when it is all done, realize that if it werent for that pain, they would not have been presented with the wonderful new opportunities that have arrisen out these changes, hardships, obsticals or however one wants to look at it
When we are feeling the pain, we are not ready to see the opportunities just yet, and that is ok, that is human nature. So this is the time where it is best to JUST BE THERE for them. We don't have to say a word, but when difficult situations occur sometimes just knowing there is someone there that cares, and is there for you to lean on can be the difference between giving up and holding on.
If you know someone in a changing situation, be there for them. That hug, that smile or even just the reassurance to them that this time will pass and you are loved and I am here can make all the difference in the world.
Today I am here, sending prayers, love, light and hope to those that need to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and there is love and happiness awaiting.

Life goes on

No matter what happens in everyday life, if you woke up this morning, it means life goes on. You could have had a terrible fight with you boss, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband wife...you get the picture, but you woke up this morning and it means today is another day.
You may have lost your job, you may be getting ready to loose your home or even worse you may have just lost a loved one. If you woke up this morning your life goes on, wether we want it to or not, your alive....so lets make the best of it. Shall we?
We cannot control the situations around us, but we can control how we react to them.
Our thoughts, words, works and outward emotions are all things that are only in our control. No one else has the power to tell us what to think, say, do or act. If we have given up that power to someone else, that was also in our control and its time to reclaim it, it is yours and only yours and time to make it the way you want it to be.
If you are angry, feel it. Every emotion we have is valid, for it is ours to have and feel.
If you are sad, feel that too, we are human and it is a natural process that we are entitled to.
Allow yourself time to feel whatever emotion you are feeling, go through our natural human process and then move on and get back to living your life.
Your life is in your control be careful though...try not to make long term decisions on short term emotions. That is where so many make the worst decisions.
Allow the feelings to flow, and when they are not so sharp that you can think with a clear mind, think about it and then react.
Either way you do it, life will go one, but it can either go on with you having a clearer head with better choices made and looking from different perspectives or it can go with having to deal with whatever consequences come from making harsh decisions based on short term emotions?
The choice is always yours.

Simple Staying Positive Help

Sometimes we just wake up in a bad mood, it happens to most all of us. Other times life events happen that just make us mad.

Here is a very simple tip to use at least 5 minutes before going to sleep at night and 5 minutes before getting out of bed to set the day off to a good Start.

Simply state over and over : I am filled with Positive Energy

If you want to expand on that you can add what ever other affirmations you wish., such as I deserve the best, I am a child of God, I am filled with Positive Energy, I am filled with God's love, whatever you are feeling let it flow out and say it either in your mind or out loud.

When you find yourself in a situation where positive energy has nothing to do with the situation at hand, again just state it. It may be more in a form of yelling it, declaring it and even cussing around it, but say it, over and over. It may be more like....I am filled with POSITIVE ENERGY, I hate when this grrrr happens, I am filled with positive energy, XXXX this whole thing, I am filled with POSITIVE ENERGY, over and over again.

This works, and it cost nothing. Unless you paid for a Holistic Therapy session and learned it there, I had one of my clients call me while at work one day, on the verge of punching out one of his co-workers and quiting. I asked him to go to a private area, and we went over this, with the names of those who were annoying him in place and the specific situation being named in between the positive energy and after 4 minutes he was laughing and ready to go back to work. We then blessed the situation and his co-workers and he was off to finish his day with a positive outlook.

If one does this every morning and evening, and a few times in between the day, you would be amazed how much easier life's little and big stresses are to handle. As I said, it costs nothing just a little time in your head to fill with some positive energy.
